dc.description.abstractLanguage attitudes among Spanish speakers in the Canary Islands vary. We can understand the position of the spanish vary of the Canary Islands through parameters such as gender, social class and age. These factors influence the way in which ‘the speaker’ may perceive or interpret the canarian vary. As with other Spanish speaking countries such as America there are many similarities. Although, it is not to say there is a certain amount of contrast if studied comparatively. In this study, for this reason, it is expected that the canarian vary of the spanish language is somewhat stigmatized among ‘the speakers’ of the language. This can generate a positive, emotional attitude and have said effect to the individual / speaker. ve similar attitudes and a profile of the community can be developed.en_US
