The objective of this thesis is twofold; partly it is to present the factors that define and affect the relationship between these fundamental rights in the EU and in the EEA Area on a European level (Chapter 2); partly it is to highlight the differences in protection guaranteed under each catalogue (Chapter 3). In the process the author hopes to provide grounds for further thought and consideration on this subject.en_US
