Abstract

The paper reviews thermographic and vibrothermography applications such as cold climate operations, determine the temperature profile of steel samples under tensile testing and perform composites Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). This review paper discusses studies, where IR thermography has been used effectively in research and development projects at the UiT The Arctic University of Norway and AGH UST.
