dc.description.abstract	In articles in First Monday I have explored some of the problems of the size distribution of OA publishers. Here, I would like to focus on some of the dysfunctionalities I observe when I visit smaller journals, and to present some import points to observe. Finally, I would like to present what we at our university have done to overcome some of these problems, and to point to PKP-EN as a possible network to alleviate some of the problems.	en
