dc.description.abstractModern processes of globalization and an increased international mobility have led to numerous and various contacts with people from different cultures. The following thesis discusses the topic of intercultural competence with emphasis on cultural diversity. The thesis follows a hypothetical assumption that cultural diversity in classrooms has positive influence on children and is generally beneficial in numerous ways.en_US
