      Oppgaven tar mål av seg å undersøke hvordan det folkerettslige intervensjonsforbudet gir seg utslag i det digitale rom. Først undersøkes intervensjonsforbudets innhold generelt. Deretter settes intervensjonsforbudets generelle kriterier opp mot spørsmålene mellomstatlige cyber-operasjoner realiserer med intervensjon i det digitale rom.
