dc.description.abstractTema for denne avhandlingen er norske fotballklubbers permitteringsadgang i et arbeidsrettslig perspektiv. Avhandlingen tar sikte på å undersøke i hvilken grad sportslige hensyn kan utgjøre saklige utvalgskriterier i en permitteringsprosess, og hvordan disse skal avveies mot ansiennitetsprinsippet.
