Analysen vil redegjøre for hvordan skyldprinsippet forholder seg til straffansvaret i strl. § 27. I tillegg vil analysen søke å klarlegge om objektivt ansvar for straff er forenlig med lovkravet i EMK artikkel 7 og uskyldspresumsjonen i EMK artikkel 6 nr. 2. -
