Abstract
I denne avhandlingen behandles en ny lovbestemmelse som er inntatt i regnskapsloven § 3-3 b på bakgrunn av et EU-direktiv. Bestemmelsen oppstiller visse opplysningskrav om børsnoterte selskapers foretaksstyring.
