Factors of relevance in the delimitation between the territorial seas of the Netherlands and Germany

Abstract

This master thesis has the aim to establish what factors can be identified as relevant in order to achieve a delimitation between the territorial seas of the Netherlands and Germany in accordance with Article 15 of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
