Bakgrunn: Caregiver Priorities and Child Health Index of Life with Disabilities (CPCHILD) er et foreldrebasert spørreskjema som ble utviklet som et sykdomsspesifikkt måleverktøy for å måle helserelatert livskvalitet (HRQL) i den hensikt å kunne evaluere ulike intervensjoner som barn med alvorlig grad av CP gjennomgår. Skjemaet er oversatt til norsk, men ikke undersøkt for validitet og reliabilitet. Hensikt: Vurdere test-retest reliabilitet av den norske versjonen av CPCHILD. Design: Metodedesign som undersøker test-retest reliabilitet. Metode: Deltakerne var foreldre av barn med CP, utvalgt delvis strategisk fra Cerebral Parese Oppfølgingsprogram (CPOP) registeret. Spørreskjemaene ble distribuert via post med cirka tre ukers mellomrom mellom test og retest. «Intraclass Correlation Coeffisient» (ICC 1.1 og ICC 3.1), Cohen’s kappa ble benyttet og beregning av«within-subject standard deviation» (sw) og «smallest detectable difference» (SDD) ble utført. Resultater og komklusjon:n=26. Studien viser varierende grad av test-retest reliabilitet av CPCHILD for barn med CP uavhengig av GMFCS-nivå. Total- og delscore viser meget høy eller høy grad av enighet(ICC > 0,77), mens majoriteten av de individuelle spørsmålene (82,5%) viser moderat eller lavere grad av enighet (k <0,41). Det er liten målefeil ved totalscore, større for delscorene.
