Abstract
STEP will develop research- and experience-based knowledge on transition from Master Initial Teacher Education (M-ITE) into the teacher profession to influence on further development, implementation and institutionalization of the Norwegian national framework for induction and mentoring Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs).
